A fresh install on a computer (without an old officescan version installed ) works well,... BUT an upgrade of the client (in my case upgrade from v8sp1 to 10.6) is not working : when sources are copied on the computer, the install loops as it cannot copy the entires sources as this DLL is faulty : the processes upgrade.exe AND xpupg.exe cannot run till the end... end restart again and again.... for this particular case,... the workaround doesn't work.... maybe i did something wrong.... anyway i have 60 workstations which appears offline in the new AV webconsole. And even from the old AV server if you make a "move" from the old server to the new one : not working with same issues described before.
